Before You Reach Out
Note the page where the issue happened and the exact action you took.
Capture the booking reference, client name, or affected date if the issue involves live booking data.
Write down whether the problem happened on mobile, desktop, or both.
Include any error message or unexpected screen state you saw.
For pilot testing, the fastest support path is to include reproducible steps. "It broke" is not actionable. "Booked silk press on iPhone, no notification appeared until refresh" is.
